Rihanna and Chris Brown, Getting back Together!?

Doesn't seem to make sense after the allegations of Chris Brown leaving Rihanna in need of medical attention the night before the Grammys.  

Star Magazine, March 2 issue - on sale now- reported Rihanna cannot help but have deep feelings for Chris Brown and even though she is still recovering, in Barbados, she is still in touch with him saying, "She wants to make sure he is okay and she thinks this will all just blow over and they can return to how things were."

Her continued devotion to him, in the face of her damage, mentally and physically, seems to signify she is not really recovering in a healthy way.  There are other sources which say theirs was a relationship of continuing abuse which eventually escalated and this, being no different a pattern in any other case of domestic abuse, should have been prevented by those close to Rihanna.

Even the most supportive of those closest to her are expressing opinions which are contrary. Her father, has publicly stated, she needs to "move on, forget him" as well as another of her relatives telling, People, "I don't want her to go back to him. I don't think anyone does."

Disturbingly, Star also reports, they have an interview with a woman who says Chris invited her back to his hotel room — and she shares text messages he sent her! In, December Chris was already in process of cheating on Rihanna back on December, only a day before he performed a duet with her.   

Maybe factual bits such as these will be enough for her to logically understand the opinions of her closest family members, so she can really deal with the magnitude of her emotional scarring and false imagery which continues to lingers in her mind and manifest towards him as her current devotion.

I do sincerely hope Rihanna will take this opportunity to reflect on her life, the role of responsibility she has the privilege to uphold, in the wisdom of her father's words, "She has support from both sides of the family, and I think she’ll come out and represent women and be a heroine. In the end, she’ll speak out."

So, is Rihanna and Chris Brown getting back together? The answer as of now is, disturbingly, after all the available evidence, still a possibility.

Rihanna and Chris Brown Controversy - Rihanna Beat Up But is Safely Recovering and in Full Cooperation with Police

We can all rest assured the singer is in now good care and thankfully out of immediate danger. We all are hoping for speedy physically recovery and especially a mental transition of well being for her. 

This situation is a commonplace in many societies, especially with emphasis in domestic and date cases. Somehow with the emphasis of how someone, so much, in the public eye can be suddenly affected by such violence, will hopefully encourage others women who are and have been affected to come forth and seek police involvement in order to prevent their attackers from repeated behavior towards those who are innocent.

According to website reports, both Rihanna and Chris Brown performance in the Grammy were no-shows. Rihanna was hospitalized following an alledged assault by Brown, her boyfriend. Reportedly, Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, had facial injuries and bite marks on her arms and hands. 

According to the Los Angeles Times, the singer is providing "ongoing cooperation" to detectives investigating the case against her partner. She has not been seen in public since the allegations were made. 

Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a 911 call at around 12.30am on Sunday morning - just hours before Rihanna and Brown were scheduled to perform at the Grammy Awards. Both had also received nominations. 

TMZ claims it was an onlooker in LA's residential Hancock Park area who called police after witnessing what the LA Times described as a "loud, violent confrontation" shortly after the pair left music impresario Clive Davis's star-studded pre-Grammys gala at the Beverly Hilton hotel. 

Brown was not at the scene of the alleged assault when LAPD officers arrived, but voluntarily surrendered to police later that evening. He was charged with making criminal threats and released on $50,000 (£33,550) bail. He may face further charges. 

Rihanna sought treatment for her injuries at the Cedars-Sinai hospital. An eyewitness told website radaronline.com: "Rihanna was clearly very upset by what had happened and I could hear her screaming. Rihanna was trying to get her point across about something, she sounded like she was crying as she tried to get her point across."
